In fiscal 2019, our company started initiatives for 鈥淗ealth and Productivity Management鈥�, and in March 2020, was certified as a 鈥淗ealth and Productivity Management Organization鈥� by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. We are continuously working on 鈥淗ealth and Productivity Management鈥� activities.

The company has an obligation to protect the health of its employees. At the same time, employees must maintain their own health for the sake of the company, and most importantly, for themselves and their families. The purpose of "health management" is realized only when the company and employees work together to maintain and improve their health. A company cannot grow sustainably without the health of its employees. We will share the 鈥淗ealth and Productivity Management Declaration鈥� with all employees and continue to work together as one.
